Summary
Title: QA Lead Coordinator
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 month
Hands-On Testing
- Perform manual, exploratory, regression, and integration testing for web applications.
- Execute API testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Perform backend data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate test environment readiness, test data preparation, access management, and deployment validation activities.
Test & Defect Management
- Manage test execution and defect tracking in Azure DevOps.
- Lead or participate in defect triage meetings.
- Communicate testing status, risks, defects, and quality metrics to stakeholders and leadership.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Provide test status reports, defect metrics, and quality insights.
- Identify quality risks early and drive mitigation plans.
- Contribute to QA process improvements and best practices within Agile and Hybrid delivery environments.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of QA experience, including at least 3 years leading enterprise testing programs.
- Strong hands-on experience with web application, API, and data migration testing.
- Experience working in Agile and Hybrid delivery environments.
- Hands-on experience with test case management and defect management.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience testing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) applications and related integrations.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar test management tools.
- Experience leading QA for at least two releases in a Hybrid delivery methodology.
- Exposure to Supply Chain, Order Management, or Manufacturing workflows.
- Experience coordinating QA activities across multiple Scrum teams.
- Experience managing QA activities under tight deadlines.
- Strong experience tracking and reporting QA KPIs.
- Prior experience with enterprise-level integration projects.
