AI Learning Experience Designer

Description
We are seeking an innovative AI Learning Experience Designer / Instructional Designer to design and deliver modern, scalable learning solutions that support enterprise adoption of artificial intelligence and digital tools.
This role blends instructional design expertise with emerging AI capabilities, enabling the organization to upskill employees on technologies such as generative AI, automation, and data-driven tools. You will partner with business and technology teams to create engaging, effective learning experiences that drive measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Instructional Design & Learning Development
Design and develop end-to-end learning solutions (eLearning, instructor-led, blended learning)
Conduct needs assessments and define learning objectives aligned to business goals
Create engaging content including:

• courses, videos, job aids, and simulations
• Apply instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, Agile, SAM)
• AI & Digital Learning Enablement

Develop training programs focused on:

• Generative AI (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT)
• Automation and digital tools
• Data and technology literacy

Leverage AI tools to:

• accelerate content creation
• generate assessments and learning materials
• personalize learning experiences

Design prompt frameworks and AI-assisted learning workflows
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with:

• IT and AI teams
• business leaders
• subject matter experts

Translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly learning content
Support enterprise AI adoption and change management initiatives
Learning Technology & Innovation
Utilize LMS/LXP platforms and eLearning tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate)
Implement AI-enabled learning solutions (adaptive learning, copilots, automation)
Track and analyze learning effectiveness using data and metrics
Stay current on AI trends and emerging learning technologies

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.52 - $65.52/hr.
