Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
 
· 10+ years of IT experience with strong technical delivery background.
· Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
· Strong hands-on expertise in:
o .NET Framework / .NET Core
o C#
o ASP.NET / Web APIs
o SQL Server
o Middleware and Integration Technologies
· Proven experience leading development teams while remaining technically hands-on.
· Experience in application modernization, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
· Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
