Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 4+ years of experience in gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
Conduct requirement analysis and identify process improvements.
Work closely with technical teams, developers, and project managers.
Support Agile/Scrum meetings and sprint planning.
Perform UAT coordination and validate business requirements.
Prepare reports and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
Required Skills
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong knowledge of requirements gathering and documentation.
Experience with SQL, Excel, and data analysis.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with Jira and Confluence is preferred.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
