Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team, where you will play a key role in driving innovative technology initiatives. This temporary position offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects that include Generative AI and digital transformation.
Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using various tools.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts in multiple programming languages.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery.
  • Conduct performance testing and provide infrastructure support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Analyze test results, identify root causes, and drive resolution of issues.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team leadership.
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders to report progress, risks, and quality metrics.
  • Support manual testing and articulate complex requirements for test case creation.
Skills
  • 8+ years of experience in test automation and quality engineering.
  • Strong experience with Playwright, Selenium, and integration testing.
  • Proven leadership and mentorship abilities.
  • Solid programming skills in Java, JavaScript, and C#.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and pipeline integration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in the life insurance or finance industry.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments and cloud-native tools.
  • Experience with low code solutions and performance testing tools.
  • Strong soft skills and ability to mentor within a collaborative team structure.
