EHR Implementation Project Manager eClinicalWorks (eCW)
Remote Preference for candidates in the Greater Philadelphia region
We are seeking an experienced EHR Implementation Project Manager to lead a large-scale eClinicalWorks (eCW) implementation across a multi-site physician practice.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end eCW implementation across multiple locations.
- Manage project plans, timelines, risks, resources, and milestones.
- Coordinate system testing, data migration, integrations, and go-live readiness.
- Lead training, change management, super-user, and adoption initiatives.
- Partner with physicians, clinical teams, operations, executives, and vendors.
- Manage go-live support and post-implementation optimization.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of healthcare technology implementation experience.
- 3+ years leading EHR implementation projects.
- Hands-on eClinicalWorks (eCW) implementation experience required.
- Experience with ambulatory or physician practice environments.
- Experience managing large, multi-site healthcare implementations.
- Strong knowledge of clinical workflows and healthcare operations.
- PMP, Prosci, or specialty physician practice experience is a plus.
