Job Summary

Texas Health and Human Services Commission is seeking a Full Stack .NET Developer to support the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with .NET technologies, Angular, Oracle databases, and Agile development methodologies. This role requires expertise in developing complex business applications, troubleshooting production issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, code, test, and maintain enterprise-level web applications using Angular, C#, ASP.NET, and Oracle Database.
• Develop and modify complex programs, stored procedures, triggers, classes, objects, and scripts.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and defect resolution.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure compliance with coding standards, security practices, and business requirements.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions and application enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, and application defects.
• Collaborate with business analysts, UX designers, developers, infrastructure teams, and technical support staff.
• Support system upgrades, enhancements, and new application implementations.
• Maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and system documentation.
• Provide development status updates and actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in software development, programming, and systems analysis.
• 7+ years of experience developing enterprise applications using:
  • C#
  • ASP.NET
  • Angular
  • Oracle Database
• Strong experience with coding, testing, debugging, and application support.
• Experience developing and maintaining stored procedures, triggers, and database objects.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Ability to design complex business solutions and application architectures.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration abilities.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field preferred.
