We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Systems Administrators to join our dynamic team in support of critical national defense initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex IT systems within secure environments. This role requires a strong understanding of various operating systems, networking principles, virtualization technologies, and cybersecurity best practices to ensure the reliability, availability, and integrity of mission-critical systems.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Maintains smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network administrators.
• Duties may include setting up administrator and service accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, installing system wide software and allocate mass storage space.
• Interacts with users and evaluates vendor products.
• Makes recommendations to purchase hardware and software, coordinates installation and provides backup recovery.
• Develops and monitors policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources.

Minimum Qualifications

• 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
• TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Poly at the time of application

Preferred Requirements

• Previous experience working at or with Intelligence Community

Physical Requirements

Adequate visual acuity and manual dexterity for meeting the requirements of the Systems Analyst discipline.
