• Enjoys troubleshooting and figuring out why something isn't working.
• Approaches unfamiliar problems logically and methodically.
• Learns new technologies quickly and is comfortable researching unfamiliar systems.
• Can work independently without requiring step-by-step instructions.
• Asks good questions and knows when additional information is needed.
• Knows when to continue troubleshooting, when to ask for help, and when to escalate.
• Takes ownership and follows through until an issue is resolved.
• Exercises good judgment and avoids guessing when a change could negatively affect a system.
• Can recognize urgency and business impact and prioritize competing issues appropriately.
• Communicates professionally with people with different levels of technical knowledge.
• Can remain calm and effective when users are frustrated or operations are disrupted.
• Works effectively across both technical and non-technical teams.
• Is dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a dynamic operational environment.

Location: Bay Area, Santa Clara, CA
Salary Range: $90,000-$130,000 a year
