Engineering Program Manager, Intelligent System Experience

We're looking for an outstanding Engineering Program Manager with a solid track record of driving highly cross-functional projects dependent on innovative machine learning technologies. In this role you will partner with software engineers and managers from our Software Engineering team to define, schedule, and track the team's work and also do the same for many multi-functional initiatives. You will be the central hub bringing together different teams from Software, Hardware, and Design, among other teams, all in the name of delivering on groundbreaking technology across all our operating systems.

5 - 10+ years experience as a technical software Project or Program Manager\nStrong understanding of and experience in managing complex, multi-functional software projects\nExperience shipping customer-facing software features and AI/ML projects from concept through delivery \nStrong technical understanding of operating systems and how the various layers in the software stack fit together

Proven track record in defining processes and executing on them\nProven experience in creating clear, concise, and well-structured written documentation, such as project plans, reports, and presentations\nDemonstrated ability to deliver effective verbal communication in team meetings, stakeholder presentations and discussions, as evidenced by previous project leadership roles\nTrack record of adapting communication style to suit diverse audiences, including technical teams, senior management, and external partners, reflected in experience managing cross-functional teams\nSelf-motivated and enthusiastic with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities\nStrong leadership skills including ability to build trusting relationships and influence others\nHas a deeply curious mindset about new ideas\nBS in Computer Science or related field
