Position: Sr. ServiceNow Source-to-Pay (S2P) Consultant/ Architect (Remote)

Location: Chicago, IL

Duration : 6+ month

Job Description: 
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Source-to-Pay (S2P) Consultant / Architect to lead the solution design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow’s S2P workflows (including Sourcing and Procurement Operations, Vendor Management, and Supplier Lifecycle Management).

Key Requirements

• Experience: 6+ years of overall ServiceNow implementation experience, with at least 2–3+ years focused specifically on ServiceNow S2P (Sourcing and Procurement Operations / Supplier Lifecycle Management).
• Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of Source-to-Pay processes, including PR/PO creation, sourcing requests, contract management, supplier onboarding, risk management, and invoice matching.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Service Portal, and Integration Hub.
  • Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with ERPs (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP Cloud) and procurement tools.
• Certifications (Preferred / Required):
  • Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Certified Implementation Specialist – Sourcing and Procurement Operations (CIS-SPO) or equivalent S2P tracks
  • Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation skills for executive stakeholders.
