Job Overview

Our client is seeking experienced Business Acceptance Testers to join a dynamic, multi-vendor delivery team on a long-term engagement. The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on expertise in functional and acceptance testing across complex enterprise environments, particularly within Oracle R12 and Supply Chain Management domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, draft test scenarios, and author detailed test cases
• Perform Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and end users to understand end-to-end business processes and flows
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including scrum meetings and sync-up/follow-up sessions
• Drive delivery and execution with strong leading capabilities
• Work effectively within dual-shore and multi-vendor team structures

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in Functional, BAT, and UAT testing
• Oracle R12 — Order Management, Inventory, SCM, and Finance modules
• Supply Chain or Service Contract Management (SCM) knowledge
• Agile methodologies — solid understanding of principles and ceremonies
• Basic PL/SQL knowledge and working experience
• Strong communication skills and business process analysis ability

Preferred Skills

• Cisco Service Supply Chain work experience
• Experience in multi-vendor team environments

Location & Work Model

100% Remote. Candidates may be based near RTP, NC or San Jose, CA.
