Summary

Baer is looking for SAP ABAP Developer for a 3 month Federal Remote Project.

Overview
We are seeking a Senior SAP ABAP Developer with expertise in S/4HANA, RAP, and UI5/Fiori to design, develop, and support scalable, business-critical SAP solutions in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain SAP S/4HANA applications using ABAP.
Build modern applications using RAP and UI5/Fiori.
Translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Develop and support integration between SAP and external systems.
Provide technical design guidance and participate in code reviews.
Troubleshoot, debug, and support deployments using modern CI/CD practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban).
Support supply chain and sourcing solutions, including Ariba and Product Sourcing domains.

Experience & Qualifications:

Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA, ABAP, and Fiori/UI5.
Proven experience delivering and supporting business-critical applications and integrations.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).
Knowledge of CI/CD practices and modern development workflows.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with RAP and CAP.
SAP BTP experience (Integration Suite, API Management/API Hub).
Familiarity with Solution Manager, Focused Build, or CHARM.
Experience with Git-based repositories (GitHub/GitLab).
Domain knowledge in Product Sourcing, Quotation Management, or Supply Chain.
