This is an exciting opportunity for a Palo Alto Network Engineer to join a well-established, tech-first SaaS organization headquartered in the Philadelphia area. While the role is primarily remote, candidates must be local to Philly and able to commute on-site occasionally. The company operates in a highly regulated, enterprise environment and is deeply invested in modern network security, leveraging Palo Alto firewalls, Panorama, and next-gen security technologies across a complex infrastructure.
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls
Strong knowledge of Panorama for centralized firewall management
Experience with network security concepts (VPNs, IPS/IDS, NAT, routing, policies)
Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network troubleshooting
Experience working in enterprise or highly secure environments
Desired Skills & Experience
Palo Alto certifications (PCNSA, PCNSE)
Experience with cloud security integrations (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
Scripting or automation experience (Python, Ansible, or similar)
Experience with compliance or regulated industries
