We are seeking an Endpoint Engineer to support and maintain enterprise endpoint environments across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms. This role focuses on device management, application deployment, patching, and troubleshooting in a modern, cloud-managed environment. The Endpoint Engineer will act as a Tier 2 escalation point, collaborating closely with experienced engineers while supporting day-to-day operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities- Support enterprise endpoint devices, including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
- Resolve support tickets submitted through an enterprise ticketing system, serving as a Tier 2 escalation point for complex issues.
- Test, deploy, and maintain secure Windows base images aligned with enterprise standards.
- Perform and audit monthly security patching using modern patch management solutions.
- Deploy and manage applications through a self-service company portal.
- Troubleshoot Windows Autopilot and zero-touch provisioning issues.
- Provide macOS support using enterprise device management tools, including zero-touch provisioning workflows.
- Support mobile device management initiatives and provide Tier 2 support for iOS and Android devices, including connectivity, application deployment, and policy enforcement.
- Assist with ongoing endpoint management migrations and modernization efforts.
- Manage and prioritize endpoint-related ticket queues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles.
- Generate reports using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, ticketing systems, or reporting tools to support operational insights.
- Assist with hardware deployments and ensure accurate asset tracking.
- Collaborate with experienced engineers to implement new technologies and improve existing processes.
- Participate in team meetings and planning sessions to align endpoint strategies with business needs.
- Follow ITIL best practices for incident, problem, and change management.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support endpoint operations.
Minimum Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ year of experience in an enterprise IT environment
- Post-secondary education in Information Technology or a related field preferred
- Experience supporting enterprise client applications (e.g., productivity suites, VPNs, line-of-business applications)
- Exposure to cloud-based endpoint management tools
- Willingness to obtain and maintain at least one of the following certifications after hire:
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- JAMF 200 Certification

- Apple ecosystem support experience, including zero-touch enrollment and configuration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
- Strong customer service mindset with a focus on efficient problem resolution
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
