Two-Way Radio Hardware Repair TechnicianKey Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair two-way radios, repeaters, and related communication equipment
- Troubleshoot hardware, RF issues, power supplies, and circuit boards
- Perform bench repairs, programming, and software/firmware updates
- Conduct routine testing and maintenance
- Maintain basic repair and service documentation
- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams
Requirements- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year in a technical, electronics, IT, or mechanical role or strong technical aptitude
- Basic experience with electronic or digital equipment preferred
- Comfortable using hand tools and basic diagnostic tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn (training provided)
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
Physical & Other Requirements- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors, on rooftops, and at heights
- Willing to travel up to 10%
- Valid driver's license
Preferred (Not Required)- Experience with two-way radio systems or RF equipment
- Multimeter or basic electronics testing experience
- OSHA 10 and CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
