Job description:

Strong Healthcare/Payer domain experience.
Good understanding of healthcare concepts such as Member, Claims, Benefits, Eligibility, Enrollment, Providers, and Authorizations.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript.
Automate end-to-end business workflows across healthcare member portal applications.
Develop and execute UI and API automation test scripts using industry-standard design patterns.
Lead automation strategy, framework enhancements, and test coverage improvements.
Work closely with Onshore and Offshore QA, Development, and Business teams to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Participate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and test strategy discussions.
Execute regression, smoke, integration, and end-to-end testing for application releases.
Perform cross-browser testing across Chromium, Edge, and Firefox.
Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub.
Analyze test results, investigate failures, and coordinate defect resolution activities.
Review automation code, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior automation engineers.
Perform backend data validation using SQL queries and API validation techniques.
Provide test execution reports, quality metrics, and status updates to stakeholders.
Strong experience in UI and API test automation.
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
