Job SummaryIn this pivotal role, you will be responsible for envisioning, planning, and implementing our core entitlement system, which is critical for product activation, consumption measurement, and case management. You will drive the integration with IT and product engineering systems, oversee customer migrations, and leverage AI to introduce innovative features. Your work will directly enhance team velocity and ensure our systems meet the complex needs of our go-to-market and customer experience strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Create, maintain, and drive the product roadmap for the entitlement system and related GTM/CX functions.
- Own the delivery and quality of product specifications, including detailed product requirements, epics, and user stories.
- Serve as a collaborative bridge between business, R&D, IT Architecture, and engineering teams to ensure seamless product development and alignment.
- Act as the domain expert and go-to leader for entitlement, GTM, and customer experience product capabilities within the organization.
- Analyze case trends and engineering escalations to identify patterns, proactively prioritize fixes, and influence the product backlog.
- Define, monitor, and report on success criteria and key metrics for the product, including usage, quality, and adoption measures.
- Proactively collaborate and exchange information with other teams to accomplish shared objectives and ensure strategic alignment.
- Analyze user feedback and performance data to refine product strategy and prioritize future enhancements.
Qualifications Required Qualifications- Must be located in SF Bay area
- Bachelor's degree with 12 years of related experience, or Master's degree with 8 years of experience, or PhD with 5 years of experience.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in a technology-focused environment, specifically with enterprise-level systems.
- Demonstrated experience with Go-To-Market (GTM) and/or Customer Experience (CX) products and strategies.
- Experience in defining product requirements, creating roadmaps, and managing backlogs within an Agile development framework.
- Strong technical background with the ability to effectively communicate with engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with entitlement management, subscription billing, or license activation systems.
- Familiarity with leveraging AI/ML technologies to enhance product features and operational efficiency.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams.
- Direct experience with Salesforce (SFDC), SAP, or other large-scale ERP/CRM systems.
Compensation DisclosureThe compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below.
