Key Responsibilities- Support and execute ASO initiatives to improve keyword rankings, discovery, and conversion rates across app stores.
- Utilize app intelligence tools to guide keyword strategy, metadata improvements, and creative optimization.
- Monitor and report on app performance metrics, including rankings, installation rates, conversion rates, and promotional tool effectiveness.
- Stay current with the latest trends, updates, and best practices in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store ecosystems.
- Execute A/B tests on app store creative elements-including screenshots, promo videos, descriptions, icons, and messaging-and deliver performance insights.
- Lead the creative development process for app store assets, partnering closely with design and digital production teams.
- Support strategic planning and execution of app updates, coordinating with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other partners to ensure smooth launches.
- Develop positive, productive relationships across teams while facilitating strong communication and project alignment.
Qualifications- 5+ years in digital marketing, mobile product marketing, account management, or analytics with a focus on ASO or mobile app growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
- Proficiency with tools such as Sensor Tower, Google Analytics, App Store Connect, and Google Play Console.
- Experience pulling reports and programming assets across mobile and living-room platforms (e.g., Apple App Store Connect, Roku, LG, Samsung TV, Fire TV, Google Play Console, etc.).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, interpret trends, and communicate insights clearly.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized with strong project management capabilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A general understanding of digital creative workflows, asset development, and briefing processes.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.
