🔹 Key Experience We're Looking For
Strong banking or financial services domain experience
Commercial Lending, Consumer Lending, Loan Origination, Loan Servicing, or Credit Operations
Enterprise architecture ownership and technical leadership
Experience architecting and building applications from scratch
Large-scale application modernization and digital transformation
Leadership in architecture decisions, design reviews, and mentoring development teams
