Summary

Job Summary We are seeking a qualified Software Engineer-Developer 3 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to develop leading-edge solutions in an agile and collaborative environment. The role focuses on software development and integration activities supporting an aerospace platform and involves working with modern software development tools. This is a hybrid position with occasional travel to the Oklahoma City site. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and test software components and functions. Support the development of software functional requirements. Contribute to software architecture trades and revisions to existing architecture. Specify internal and external software interfaces. Conduct software test-driven development. Conduct and support peer reviews on software life cycle data. Contribute to the success of an Agile development team. Support sprint planning and meet sprint commitments. Collaborate with team members to support software development and integration activities. Participate in software development activities throughout the software life cycle. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field. 5+ years of experience with embedded, real-time software development. Proficiency in Ada. Experience with Agile software development practices. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile development environment. Ability to work in a hybrid environment with periodic onsite presence in Oklahoma City. Preferred Qualifications Previous technical experience in an aerospace environment. Proficiency in the design and implementation of multi-threaded real-time applications. Self-motivated approach to problem-solving with the ability to take initiative. Experience supporting software architecture and integration activities. Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams. Education: Bachelors Degree
