Job Details:

Must-Have Skills & Responsibilities

  • Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical architectures and solution designs for AI/ML systems.
  • Create end-to-end solution blueprints covering data ingestion, preprocessing, model training, deployment, monitoring, and integration.
  • Select the appropriate technologies, frameworks, and platforms for each layer of the AI stack.
  • Design for scalability, reliability, security, and cost-effectiveness
  • Experienced in assessing a broad range of information solutions and products particularly in Infrastructure design, Cloud, Data, ERP, CRM, Network, Security.
  • Build ingestion pipelines for Structured & Unstructured data (using OCR/NLP).
  • Implement embeddings pipelines and store/search in vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, OpenSearch, Chroma etc.).
  • Build Memory Management through short term/long term layered solutions.
  • Deep understanding of LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, and model lifecycle management.
  • Build Inference strategies, retrieval format approaches and post processing solutions.
  • Knowledge of document parsing frameworks (Amazon Textract, PyPDF2, PDFPlumber, Tesseract).
  • Hands-on experience with Agent building & Orchestration frameworks like Langgraph, ADK, Agentspace, Strands, Vercel and Anthropic Claude, Open AI or other models for LLMs.
  • Expertise in Python for AI/ML and serverless development.
  • Understanding of compliance, data security, and regulatory requirements
  • Experience with infrastructure and local deployments of LLMs
  • Knowledge on fine-tuning, training & Eval standards
  • Experience of setting up security and compliance standards for LLM and Infra level items
  • Experience on Model evaluation and monitoring frameworks like Langfuse, PhoenixAI, others
  • Experienced and hands on MCP, A2A and tool stacking.
  • Knowledge on ML lifecycle / Ops and data readiness for AI implementations.
  • experience working in Property & Casualty insurance or Guidewire insurance companies is plus
