Summary

Position: - Dell Boomi Integration consultant

Location: - Remote

Type: - Contract

Note - Need only on 1099 or W2. C2C will work but only for Self-incorporated consultant.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, test, and deploy integrations using Dell Boomi AtomSphere
Develop and maintain integration processes using REST/SOAP APIs, flat files, XML, JSON, and databases
Configure and manage Boomi Atoms, Molecules, and environments
Implement error handling, logging, monitoring, and performance tuning
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and application owners to gather integration requirements
Support integrations between ERP, CRM, HR, finance, and other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday)
Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis
Create technical documentation and integration design specifications
Ensure integrations follow security, compliance, and best-practice standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of experience in application or system integration
Strong hands-on experience with Dell Boomi AtomSphere
Experience with APIs (REST/SOAP), web services, and middleware concepts
Proficiency in data formats: XML, JSON, CSV
Understanding of integration patterns (ETL, real-time, event-driven)
Experience with SQL and relational databases
Familiarity with cloud platforms and SaaS applications
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Dell Boomi certification (Professional or Associate Integration Developer)
Experience with iPaaS or other middleware tools (MuleSoft, Informatica, SnapLogic)
Knowledge of security standards (OAuth, SSL, SFTP)
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments

Nice to Have

Exposure to EDI integrations
Basic scripting or Java/Groovy knowledge
Experience working in enterprise or large-scale environments
