Data Migration Architect

We are seeking a visionary Data Migration Architect to lead the strategic design and execution of a massive-scale data transformation journey. This is a high-consequence integration involving SAP S/4 BRIM, Dynamics 365, and other legacy systems, centered around a Snowflake Data Lakehouse architecture.

 

- Architectural Leadership: Design end-to-end migration strategies for transitioning legacy on-prem data to a Snowflake Data Lakehouse environment.

- Cross-Functional Integration: Orchestrate data flows between diverse ecosystems, including SAP S/4 BRIM, SAP EMS, Dynamics 365 CRM, and Salesforce.

- ETL & Pipeline Orchestration: Lead the design of high-performance data pipelines using Matillion and Informatica.

- Data Governance & Quality: Implement Data Quality Control frameworks and integrate Collibra MDM.

- Stakeholder Mastery: Navigate Sales Order Management and Subscription models to translate business requirements into technical data mapping.

- Risk Mitigation: Define rollback strategies, cutover plans, and validation protocols.

 

- Platforms: Deep expertise in Snowflake (Warehouse & Lakehouse patterns).

- ERP/CRM Ecosystems: Proven experience migrating data for SAP S/4 HANA, SAP BRIM, SAP EMS, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Dynamics 365.

- Integration Tools: Hands-on mastery of Matillion ETL or Informatica Cloud.

- Data Governance: Expert-level knowledge of Collibra for Metadata Management and MDM.

- Environment: Managing Hybrid Cloud architectures (On-prem to AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform).

- Data Quality: Experience with Informatica IDQ, Collibra DQ, and BI Validator tools.

 

- 15+ years of experience in Data Architecture, with at least 5+ years leading large-scale enterprise migrations.

- Proven track record of migrating complex Subscription/Billing (BRIM) and Entitlement (EMS) data.

- Relevant certifications (Snowflake Architect, SAP Certified, or Matillion/Informatica Professional) are highly preferred.
