Summary
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow RSM/ESM Consultant with 9–10 years of genuine hands-on ServiceNow experience, including deep expertise in RSM (Retail Service Management) and/or ESM (Enterprise Service Management) implementations. The ideal candidate should have successfully delivered multiple end-to-end ServiceNow projects, possess strong platform development and configuration skills, and be capable of working directly with business stakeholders to design and implement enterprise solutions.
Required Experience
- 9–10 years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation experience.
- Strong expertise in Retail Service Management (RSM) and/or Enterprise Service Management (ESM) modules.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
- Proven experience working in Agile environments.
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow RSM/ESM solutions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and catalog items.
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
- Customize ServiceNow applications while following platform best practices.
- Participate in architecture discussions and solution design.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and production deployments.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide production support.
- Collaborate with business users, architects, developers, and project managers.
- Maintain documentation, technical specifications, and knowledge articles.
