Introduction:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, user story creation, and release/change management. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and be able to lead complex technical projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end execution of complex, highly integrated technical projects
• Write and oversee user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scripts
• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Drive release and change management processes throughout project lifecycles
• Conduct root cause analysis and provide data-driven insights
• Facilitate brainstorming and lessons learned sessions with business and IT teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional and offshore teams for successful project delivery
• Track project progress, risks, and dependencies, and communicate with stakeholders

Requirements:

• Strong experience as a Technical Project Manager in software/application environments
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Proven experience in writing user stories and test scripts
• Experience in release management and change management processes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment

• PMP certification
• Agile certifications (CSM, CSPO, etc.)

Additional Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in project management
• Experience managing technically complex projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfortable working onsite in Cupertino, CA
