Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Charlotte, NC
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Client Industry: Banking Client
Duration: 12+ months contract to hire
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM 5 PM
Must-Haves:
- Minimum of 5+ years of development experience with Salesforce Lightning
- Proficiency in Salesforce Cloud Computing
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira
- Understanding of integration efforts with platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Proficient in structured programming languages such as APEX, Force.com, .Net, Java, and SOA
- Solid knowledge of data warehouses, multiple database platforms, and ETL processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality results with aggressive deadlines
- Self-starter with a good aptitude for problem-solving and a willingness to learn new technologies
Day To Day:
- Partner with the Digital CRM Product Team to capture business and system requirements. - Support the delivery of requirements for the development of the CRM platform
- Collaborate with management and development staff to accomplish project deliverables
- Manage multiple priorities and deliver quality results within aggressive deadlines
- Work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $50 to $53 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
