Epic Consultant Data Acquisition Initiative 100% Remote
partnering with a large healthcare organization on a multi-phase data acquisition initiative, and we're looking for an experienced Epic Consultant to join the team.
This role is fully remote and ideal for someone who is technically strong, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating complex Epic environments across multiple hospital partners. You'll play a key role in building reliable data extraction scripts, validating outputs, and helping ensure smooth data integration across diverse and sometimes non-standard Epic setups.

What You'll Be Doing
Develop, test, and execute robust scripts for Epic data extraction
Perform accurate, validated data pulls across varied Epic environments
Support hospitals with customized or non-standard Epic configurations
Quickly assess new system environments and adapt extraction strategies accordingly
Partner with client SMEs, IT teams, and stakeholders to clarify requirements
Ensure data integrity, compliance, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Build scalable, reusable scripts that can be leveraged across multiple partners
Maintain clear technical documentation for future phases and enhancements
What We're Looking For
Strong hands-on experience working with Epic systems
Proven background in Epic data extraction and integration projects
Solid SQL and/or scripting skills
Ability to work independently in complex, multi-system environments
Strong analytical mindset and troubleshooting capabilities
Clear, professional communication skills (especially in remote collaboration)
Nice to Have
Experience supporting enterprise or multi-hospital healthcare systems
Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards
Prior consulting experience in remote contract roles
