Senior Python & AI Engineer (5+ Years Experience)
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Python & AI Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in building, deploying, and scaling AI/ML-driven solutions.
The ideal candidate should have strong Python expertise, solid understanding of machine learning and AI concepts, and practical experience delivering production-grade systems in enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities ·
Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python · Build, train, evaluate, and deploy Machine Learning / AI models ·
Implement data processing pipelines, feature engineering, and model optimization ·
Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions ·
Integrate AI/ML models into applications via REST APIs / microservices · Perform model monitoring, performance tuning, and re-training in production ·
Ensure code quality, security, and performance through best practices and reviews · Document technical designs, models, and implementation approaches
Required Skills & Qualifications ·
5+ years of experience in Python development ·
Strong proficiency in Python frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django) ·
Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and AI concepts, including: o Supervised and unsupervised learning o Model evaluation and validation ·
Experience with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) ·
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP concepts ·
Experience working with SQL / NoSQL databases ·
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies
Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills · Experience with Generative AI / LLMs, prompt engineering, or model fine-tuning
