Anaplan Contractor

CANDIDATE MUST BE LOCAL TO NYC INTERVIEW IN PERSON AND WORK IN PERSON 3 DAYS A WEEK

We are seeking an experienced Anaplan Integration Consultant to support the design, development, and implementation of integrations between Anaplan and other enterprise systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Anaplan model integrations and a strong understanding of data architecture, APIs, and enterprise planning ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain integrations between Anaplan and upstream/downstream systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS, data warehouses).
• Lead end-to-end integration efforts, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Develop and manage integrations using APIs, middleware, ETL tools, and flat-file processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to ensure data accuracy, performance, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring reliable data flows and minimal disruption to business processes.
• Document integration designs, data mappings, and technical specifications.
• Ensure integrations follow best practices for security, governance, and performance.
• Provide guidance on Anaplan integration strategy and recommend optimization opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Anaplan integrations with other enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of Anaplan architecture, data hubs, and model design.
• Hands-on experience with APIs (REST), middleware platforms (e.g., Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica), or custom integration solutions.
• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and/or cloud data platforms.
• Strong data management skills, including data transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
• Ability to work independently in a consulting environment and manage multiple workstreams.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Anaplan certifications (Model Builder, Solution Architect, or higher).
• Experience with enterprise planning use cases (FP&A, Supply Chain, Sales Planning, Workforce Planning).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
