We have an immediate opportunity for a AI Developer and this role focuses on researching, developing, and implementing advanced techniques in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI to build intelligent and scalable AI solutions. It involves analyzing and processing large volumes of natural language data, performing exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns and insights, and applying modern machine learning approaches to develop robust models. The position also includes deploying and serving open-source LLMs using vLLM for production environments, staying up to date with the latest advancements in AI and generative models, and applying new techniques to improve existing systems. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to design and implement solutions for use cases such as text generation, summarization, translation, and other NLP-driven applications.

The role also requires building and deploying production-grade web applications with a focus on scalability and reliability. Responsibilities include integrating AI solutions into platforms through APIs using FastAPI, containerizing applications with Docker, and deploying them on Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform). Experience with distributed systems, including message queuing and task processing frameworks like RabbitMQ and Celery, is important for managing large-scale workloads. Candidates should have strong Python programming skills with AI/ML libraries such as Scikit-learn, PyTorch, and Transformers, along with the ability to communicate analytical insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders while working independently in fast-paced, global environments.
