Job Description

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join the Card Acquisition Technology team. The candidate will contribute to building, enhancing, and delivering secure, stable, and scalable technology solutions. This role involves working closely with senior engineers, product partners, and other stakeholders to develop new features, improve application reliability, and solve technical challenges across multiple technologies, with a strong focus on frontend development.

Responsibilities

· Design, develop, test, and deliver secure, high-quality production code in an Agile environment.

· Implement features and enhancements following established engineering standards and SDLC practices.

· Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and troubleshoot defects and production issues.

· Collaborate with product, design, QA, and operations teams to clarify requirements and deliver effective solutions.

· Support application monitoring, incident triage, and system stability improvements.

· Follow established frameworks, tools, and best practices while contributing to process and technical improvements.

· Take ownership of assigned tasks from development through delivery, identifying risks and dependencies as needed.

Required Skills

· Strong hands-on experience with React.js or Angular.

· Strong JavaScript development skills.

· Hands-on experience with Java and full-stack application development.

· Strong experience with AWS and cloud-based application development.

· Experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on frontend technologies.

· Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude.
