About the Role

We are seeking a talented UX Designer with an active TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph clearance to support the design and development of secure, mission-critical applications and platforms. The ideal candidate will create intuitive, user-centered experiences for complex systems used in highly secure government or intelligence environments.

This role requires strong collaboration with product managers, developers, analysts, and stakeholders to transform user needs into effective design solutions while adhering to security and accessibility standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and desktop applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and workflow analysis.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user experience requirements.
• Translate complex technical workflows into clear and efficient user interactions.
• Ensure designs align with accessibility, usability, and security standards.
• Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI standards.
• Participate in Agile development processes and iterative design improvements.
• Support user-centered design practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of UX/UI design experience.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as:
  • Figma
  • Adobe XD
  • Sketch
  • InVision
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX design process and problem-solving skills.
• Experience creating:
  • Wireframes
  • User flows
  • Interactive prototypes
  • High-fidelity UI designs
• Understanding of responsive and accessible design principles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting government, defense, or intelligence community programs.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience designing data-intensive or analytical applications.
