Ruby on Rails Developer

· Provide timely technical support to internal teams, stakeholders, and customers · Design, develop, and maintain features using Ruby on Rails and modern front-end frameworks (Angular/React) · Create and maintain RESTful APIs and integrations with internal/external systems · Refactor existing code to enhance security, reliability, maintainability, and scalabilityde reviews and contribute to improving - Work with PostgreSQL database schemas and queries - Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to gather requirements and deliver solutions · Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives and communicate actively with technical and business team · Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective fixes & technical upgrades · · Work independently on any new initiatives · Flexibility of working in Shifts & Support Applications on Weekends as necessary Technical Skills: · Strong experience with developing solutions with Ruby on Rails, nodejs · Hands-on experience with Postgres or other relational databases · Good understanding of REST API design and implementation · Experience troubleshooting performance, scalability, and reliability issues · Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Jenkins etc.) · Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, IAM etc.) - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) · Nice to have, understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD practices -
