Network Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Network Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and support our growing network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high availability, performance, and security of enterprise network systems across multiple locations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN, WLAN, and data center network infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
• Perform network upgrades, patching, and firmware updates.
• Implement and manage network security solutions (VPNs, firewalls, IDS/IPS).
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for circuit provisioning and escalations.
• Maintain proper documentation of network diagrams, configurations, and processes.
• Support network expansion projects, migrations, and refresh activities.
• Provide L2/L3 support and guidance to junior engineers or onsite technicians.

🛠 Technical Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, STP, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP).
• Experience with enterprise networking devices (Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, Fortinet, etc.).
• Firewall configuration and VPN management experience.
• Knowledge of network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, etc.).
• Understanding of SD-WAN and cloud networking (AWS/Azure networking basics preferred).
• Familiarity with network security best practices.

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–7 years of relevant network engineering experience.
• Certifications preferred: CCNA / CCNP / JNCIA / Fortinet NSE (or equivalent).
