SMX is seeking an
Information Security Analyst to provide Tier II/Tier III cybersecurity operations supporting a 24x7 Security Operations Center. The analyst performs continuous monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, RMF support, endpoint security monitoring, and cybersecurity compliance activities.
This is a full-time onsite position in Ft. Bragg, NC.Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Monitor enterprise security events.
- Investigate security incidents.
- Perform threat analysis.
- Execute vulnerability assessments.
- Support RMF documentation.
- Maintain endpoint security tools.
- Review system compliance.
- Support change management.
- Coordinate with system administrators.
- Produce incident documentation.
Required Skills, Experience & Education- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years cybersecurity experience.
- Experience supporting SOC operations.
- Experience with SIEM platforms.
- Knowledge of RMF.
- Security+ CE.
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II or III.
- Active TS/SCI with CI Poly.
Desired Skills/Experience- GIAC certifications
- Splunk.
- CISSP
- Microsoft Defender
- CrowdStrike
- ACAS
- Army Cybersecurity experience
