Job Summary: This individual will act as the on-site project leader, ensuring seamless execution from equipment installation through commissioning, startup, and full operational integration. The environment is an active production facility, requiring strong schedule management, cross-functional coordination, and minimal disruption to ongoing operations. Job Duties:
Lead end-to-end execution of a $6.5MM CAPEX project from install through startup
Oversee mechanical, electrical, and controls integration for new processing tanks
Drive commissioning, validation, and operational handoff to production
Partner with R&D, Quality, and Operations to support new product launch
Manage schedule, budget, vendors, and risk within a live manufacturing facility
Qualifications:
5+ years of capital project management experience in food or beverage manufacturing
Proven success leading equipment installations and plant startups
Experience working in active production environments
Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of GMP, FDA, and food safety requirements
