We are seeking an Oracle EPM Specialist to join our dynamic IT team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment that often feels like a startup.
This role focuses on bridging business needs with technical solutions across budgeting, forecasting, planning, and financial reporting within an Oracle Fusion ERP ecosystem. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, collaborates across business and IT, and delivers high-quality solutions under tight deadlines with a high degree of independence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead requirements gathering sessions with finance, business stakeholders, and IT partners.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical Oracle EPM requirements.
• Configure, maintain, and enhance Oracle EPM Cloud applications including Planning, FCCS, and PCMCS.
• Lead and execute monthly Oracle EPM patching activities including impact analysis, testing, and production deployment coordination.
• Develop functional specifications, process flows, data models, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data loads, calculations, security, and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with Oracle Fusion ERP modules.
• Support user acceptance testing, training, and change management efforts.
• Produce quality deliverables within hard deadlines under minimal supervision.
• Based on business demand and team capacity, assist with Oracle Fusion ERP work as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
Required
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud solutions.
• Strong experience with Oracle EPM configuration, calculation scripts, security, and integrations.
• Experience leading requirements gathering and translating business needs into system solutions.
• Understanding of accounting principles
• Solid understanding of Agile and SDLC methodologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
Preferred
• Oracle EPM Cloud certifications.
• Experience with EPM Automate, Groovy scripting, and Oracle Analytics Cloud.
• Prior experience supporting monthly SaaS patching cycles in Oracle Cloud environments.
