Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with strong expertise in Payroll and Time Management to support and enhance enterprise HR operations. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in SAP HCM configuration, payroll processing, time evaluation, and integration with other SAP modules. The consultant will collaborate with HR, payroll, and business stakeholders to deliver efficient and compliant HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management modules.
- Analyze business requirements and implement SAP HCM solutions to meet organizational needs.
- Configure payroll schemas, rules, wage types, payroll control records, and payroll processing.
- Support Time Management processes, including work schedules, absences, attendances, time evaluation, and quotas.
- Troubleshoot payroll and time-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Perform payroll testing, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Integrate SAP HCM with Finance, SuccessFactors, and other third-party systems.
- Support payroll year-end activities, legal changes, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for custom developments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during upgrades, enhancements, and production support.
- Participate in system testing, UAT, documentation, and end-user training.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in SAP HCM with strong expertise in Payroll and Time Management.
- Hands-on experience configuring payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and payroll processing.
- Strong knowledge of Time Management, including work schedules, time evaluation, absences, and quota management.
- Experience with SAP HCM Organizational Management (OM) and Personnel Administration (PA).
- Knowledge of SAP HR integrations with FI/CO, SuccessFactors, and third-party payroll systems.
- Experience with payroll testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Familiarity with HR legal compliance and payroll regulations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA HCM or SAP SuccessFactors integration.
- Knowledge of HR Forms, HR Renewal, and Fiori applications.
- SAP HCM certification is preferred.
- Experience with payroll migrations or transformation projects is a plus.
