Role: ServiceNow ITSM Developer (Integration Focus)
Location: Onsite – Dallas,TX or Cincinnati, OH or SFO,CA
6+ Months Contract

We are seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Developer with strong expertise in integrations to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ITSM modules and complex third-party integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
• Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations with external systems
• Work with ServiceNow APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server
• Create workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and script includes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot and enhance existing integrations and platform performance
• Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
Required Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM development
• Deep expertise in integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, web services)
• Experience with IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, MID Server
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Glide scripting
• Good understanding of CMDB and ServiceNow architecture
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Preferred Qualifications:
• ServiceNow CSA / CAD certification
• Experience integrating with SAP, Salesforce, Workday, or other enterprise systems
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
