Must-Have Skills:
- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, data modeling, governor limits, integrations, data migration, and platform best practices.
- Experience with Git, Salesforce DX, CI/CD tools, production incident management, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience optimizing Salesforce application performance and maintaining production system health.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
