Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role involves architecting scalable solutions, guiding development teams, and ensuring platform best practices across multiple modules.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM).
Define technical roadmaps, integration strategies, and platform governance.
Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Design and oversee integrations using REST, SOAP, API, MID Server, etc.
Ensure platform security, performance tuning, and upgrade planning.
Review development work, enforce coding standards, and mentor the technical team.
Document architecture, workflows, data models, and technical specifications.
Drive automation, custom app development, and workflow orchestration.

Required Skills

8 12+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow architecture.
Strong hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping.
Proficiency with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub.
Experience with large enterprise implementations and multi-instance environments.
Solid understanding of ITIL, workflow automation, and platform governance.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

ServiceNow certifications (CMA, CTA, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).
Experience with AI/automation capabilities on the platform.
Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
