Job Description:

An experienced Archer Developer with over 13+ years of expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) solutions using RSA Archer. Strong background in implementing scalable applications, customizing workflows, and integrating Archer with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement applications using RSA Archer Platform
• Customize workflows, dashboards, reports, and questionnaires
• Manage data feeds, access controls, and record permissions
• Perform system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning
• Integrate Archer with external systems using APIs and web services
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
• Troubleshoot issues and provide production support
• Ensure compliance with security and risk management standards

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with RSA Archer GRC Platform
• Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
• Hands-on experience with:
• Data feeds & integrations
• Access control & user management
• Workflow design and configuration
• Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and web services
• Understanding of risk management, audit, and compliance frameworks
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• RSA Archer certification (preferred)
• Experience in Agile methodology
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
