Summary

Job Description:
Looking for an IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) L2 Engineer to provide application support, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain workflow applications.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide L2 support for IBM BAW applications and resolve incidents.
  • Troubleshoot workflow, process, and integration issues.
  • Monitor application performance and analyze logs.
  • Work with L1, L3, and development teams for issue resolution.
  • Support deployments, bug fixes, and root cause analysis.
Required Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with IBM BAW / IBM BPM.
  • Knowledge of process applications, coaches, services, and integrations.
  • Experience in production support, incident management, and troubleshooting.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and WebSphere is preferred.
