Summary
I am currently recruiting for a Senior Program Manager to lead an end-to-end greenfield Workday HCM Implementation for a premier, fast-growing technology enterprise based in Irvine, CA. This role is responsible for driving the complete transition from legacy shared services to a modern, standalone Workday HR technology environment.
Key Highlights of the Role:
- Program Leadership & Delivery: Own the end-to-end program lifecycle, from architecture design and vendor selection through configuration, UAT, payroll parallel runs, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Complex Enterprise Integrations: Manage key bi-directional integration streams connecting Workday as the primary source of truth across SAP ERP, Okta IAM, Ashby ATS, and Concur Expense.
- Vendor Governance: Oversee external Systems Integrator (SI) partners to ensure strict accountability for scope, timelines, deliverable quality, and budget adherence.
- Standalone Transition: Drive data migration, cutover planning, and business readiness to ensure a smooth transition off legacy shared HR infrastructure with zero operational disruption.
What We Are Looking For:
- 10 years of Enterprise IT Program Management experience with a strong focus on large-scale HR technology implementations.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering at least two full-lifecycle Workday HCM implementations (kickoff to stabilization).
- Prior experience with corporate carve-outs, joint ventures, or migrating from shared-services environments to standalone enterprise architectures.
- Strong technical understanding of Workday integration models, data migration, and cross-functional alignment across IT, HR, Finance, and Security.
