Gainsight Architect

We are looking for a Gainsight Architect..

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Gainsight architecture, including data model, integrations, and system design

• Design scalable solutions for customer health scoring, lifecycle management, playbooks, journeys, and reporting

• Define and maintain data governance, data quality standards, and system documentation

• Lead Gainsight integrations with CRM (Salesforce), product usage, support, billing, and data warehouse systems

• Evaluate and implement new Gainsight features and releases with an architectural mindset

• Partner with business stakeholders to translate strategy into scalable technical solutions

• Provide architectural guidance and best practices to Gainsight Admins, Project Managers, and CS Ops teams

• Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of the Gainsight platform

• Drive standardization and reusability across Gainsight programs and configurations

• Serve as the escalation point for complex Gainsight design and technical challenges

Required Qualifications

• experience in Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, or SaaS platform architecture

• deep, hands-on Gainsight experience in a complex environment

• Strong understanding of Gainsight data model, rules engine, reporting, and automation

• Experience designing and managing complex integrations (Salesforce, product analytics, support systems)

• Proven ability to design scalable health scoring and lifecycle frameworks

• Strong technical and analytical skills with a systems-thinking mindset

• Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills
