Our partners have built strong books of business over decades of client relationships. We're not a factory. The work is sophisticated, the clients are serious, and the attorneys here know each other's names.

Job Details

Must-haves:

• Active California Bar admission
• Meaningful experience as a T&E associate - you must be able to step into client service immediately; general estate planning experience with modest estates is not sufficient
• Demonstrated academic excellence - we care about credentials; top law school and/or strong academic record required
• Experience with taxable estate planning (estate/gift tax, irrevocable trusts, wealth transfer techniques)
• Genuine interest in building toward partnership and client development over time
• San Francisco Bay Area-based or willing to relocate
