 Job Description

ETL Testing Engineer with strong Data Warehouse (DWH) testing experience, responsible for validating data accuracy, completeness, and consistency between source systems and target warehouses. The role involves testing ETL workflows, performing backend data validation using complex SQL queries, and ensuring reliable data movement across enterprise systems. Candidate should have hands-on experience with Informatica or similar ETL tools along with Oracle / SQL Server databases.

Must-have Skills

• ETL Testing experience
• Data Warehouse (DWH) testing
• Strong ETL concepts understanding
• Complex SQL query writing
• Backend data validation
• Data accuracy / completeness / consistency validation
• Test plan / test case / test script creation
• Defect logging and tracking
• Informatica or similar ETL tools
• Oracle database
• SQL Server database
• Data quality testing
• Strong analytical skills

Good-to-have Skills

• Performance testing of ETL jobs
• Unix / Shell scripting
• Scheduling tools (Autosys / Control-M)
• BI reporting validation
• Agile methodology
• Data migration testing
• Cloud DWH platforms (Snowflake / Redshift / Synapse)
