Duration: Contract - 6 months + possible extensions
Pay Range: $33-36/hour W2
Work Schedule: Onsite, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Job Description
We are seeking a Card Program Senior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in card program administration, HR data validation, and advanced Excel-based reporting and a proven ability to ensure data accuracy, drive process improvements, and support enterprise reporting needs.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain and review monthly reports from HR and other Banking clients.
- Compile and analyze data to confirm correct card program assignments for cardholders.
- Identify SVP-level employees and above and route communications through Executive Assistants as required.
- Validate employee information and initiate requests for new card issuance as needed.
- Review and maintain the Enhanced Cardholder Report, performing data cleanup to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Verify and update employee email addresses and validate Employee IDs against SuccessFactors records.
- Ensure reporting data is accurate, complete, and current.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and special assignments.
- Support process improvement initiatives and reporting enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or equivalent. Alternatively, 3 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and customer service.
- Proven ability to identify and address issues in a timely manner.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment, particularly within a Global Shared Services organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with HR systems, employee data, or corporate card programs.
- Experience in data validation, reconciliation, and reporting processes.
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors and other banking reporting tools.
- Spanish language proficiency.
