Summary



Position Summary



We are seeking a creative, user-focused, and detail-oriented UI/UX Design Expert to craft intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and architects to transform complex requirements into user-centric solutions that improve usability, increase adoption, and enhance customer satisfaction. The UI/UX Expert will lead user research, develop wireframes and prototypes, define interaction patterns, and ensure design consistency through reusable design systems and enterprise standards.


Key Responsibilities



User Experience Design



  • Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability assessments.

  • Analyze user journeys, workflows, and pain points to identify areas for improvement.

  • Create personas, journey maps, information architecture, and task flows.

  • Define comprehensive user experiences aligned with business objectives.



User Interface Design



  • Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.

  • Develop intuitive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.

  • Create and maintain design standards, style guides, and reusable components.

  • Ensure visual and functional consistency across web and mobile platforms.



Collaboration & Delivery



  • Partner with product managers, business analysts, and engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Participate in agile ceremonies and support product discovery activities.

  • Translate business requirements into detailed design specifications for development.

  • Review implementations to confirm adherence to approved designs.



Research & Validation



  • Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback.

  • Analyze data and user behavior to foster continuous improvements.

  • Validate design solutions through prototypes and testing.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging UX practices.



Accessibility & Quality



  • Ensure solutions comply with accessibility standards (WCAG).

  • Advocate for inclusive and user-centered design practices.

  • Support design reviews and quality assurance activities.

  • Promote best practices in performance, usability, and customer experience.


Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Computer Science, or a closely related field.

  • Over 10 years of UI/UX design experience for enterprise web or mobile applications.

  • A strong portfolio showcasing comprehensive end-to-end UX and UI design work.

  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent.

  • Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and design systems.

  • Solid understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and usability principles.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience designing solutions for financial services, fintech, or enterprise applications.

  • Familiarity with Design Systems and component libraries.

  • Understanding of modern web architectures, including Micro Frontend (MFE) frameworks.

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, or React.

  • Experience utilizing user analytics and conducting A/B testing.
